Despite the profit decline, Moschip Technologies saw an increase in its revenue. The company's revenue grew by 18.5%, reaching ₹149.3 crore in the December quarter, up from ₹126 crore in the corresponding period last year. This growth was accompanied by a contraction in profit margins.
Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) also saw a decline of 12%, dropping to ₹14.8 crore from ₹16.8 crore year-on-year. The company's margins narrowed significantly to 9.9% from 13.3% in the prior year's December quarter. An exceptional item of ₹5.8 crore was recorded due to the impact of new labor codes.
