Mindray Medical detailed its ten-year strategic vision on January 15, 2026, centered on Globalization, Recurring Business Expansion, and Intelli-Digitalization. The company aims to increase its international revenue share from 50% to over 60% through enhanced localization in over 40 countries.
Recurring business, which comprised 40% of revenue in the first half of 2025, is projected to exceed 50%. This expansion will leverage growth in underpenetrated markets like IVD and minimally invasive surgery, supported by localized supply chains and product roadmaps.
Technological advancements are key, with innovations in IVD reagents and intelligent surgical consumables. Mindray is also developing a comprehensive "pan-interventional therapy" ecosystem and expanding its minimally invasive surgery offerings.
