Man Infraconstruction Ltd. (MICL) has launched Marina Vista, an ultra-luxury residential development in Mumbai's Pali Hill, Bandra (West). This project, registered under MahaRERA, has already achieved 30% pre-sales commitment and carries an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of over ₹500 crore. Construction for Marina Vista is currently underway.
Simultaneously, MICL has secured Intimation of Approval (IOA) for its second Bandra project, Berkeley House, located off Bandstand. This boutique sea-view offering is projected to have a GDV exceeding ₹1,000 crore and is expected to launch in FY27. With these Bandra developments and another project at Bandra Kurla Complex, MICL's portfolio in the area represents a combined GDV of ₹2,350 crore.
MICL's Managing Director, Manan Shah, highlighted the sustained end-user demand and limited quality supply in the Bandra micro-market, which supports premium pricing. The company holds approximately a 70% stake in the Berkeley House project. MICL's stock was trading up 1.38% on the NSE by early afternoon on August 10, 2026.
