During the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026, net revenue reached $36 million. For the full fiscal year, gross profit, excluding amortization expenses, totaled $110 million. The company highlighted RYONCIL as the first and only FDA-approved mesenchymal stromal cell product available in the United States.
Financially, Mesoblast demonstrated considerable improvement, reducing its net loss after tax by 44% to $57.5 million. As of the end of the fiscal year, the company maintained a healthy cash reserve of $103 million, with a net cash usage of only $43.8 million for the year.
Commercial progress for RYONCIL has been robust. Over 50 treatment centers are now equipped to administer the therapy, and insurance coverage extends to more than 98% of the U.S. population. The issuance of a J-code in October 2025 has also been a key factor in revenue growth.
In real-world application, RYONCIL has demonstrated an impressive 84% early survival rate among treated pediatric patients with acute GVHD. Mesoblast's strategic priorities for the upcoming year include expanding adoption within the pediatric market, promoting earlier use of the therapy, and extending its reach to adult patients with GVHD.
