Max Estates Q1 Sales Surge Fivefold to ₹1,100 Crore
3 Jul
Summary
- First quarter FY2027 pre-sales exceed ₹1,100 crore, a fivefold increase.
- 487 units sold in Q1 FY2027, a significant jump from 43 units last year.
- Commercial portfolio fully leased, projecting ₹700 crore annual rentals in five years.

Max Estates announced a significant financial performance for the first quarter of FY2027, with pre-sales soaring to approximately ₹1,100 crore. This represents a substantial fivefold increase compared to the same period in FY2026. The company successfully sold 487 units across its Noida and Gurugram projects during the recent quarter, a stark contrast to the 43 units sold in the prior year.
The strong sales were bolstered by the complete sell-out of Phase 1 of The Terraces, which alone generated around ₹500 crore. Sustained sales from existing projects contributed an additional ₹600 crore. Collections for the quarter reached approximately ₹500 crore, enabling construction funding without necessitating new debt.
Max Estates also highlighted the robust performance of its commercial portfolio, which remains fully leased and currently yields over ₹150 crore in annual rentals. The company anticipates this figure could escalate to ₹700 crore annually within the next five years, encompassing delivered, under-construction, and acquired properties.
Looking ahead, Max Estates has a gross development value pipeline exceeding ₹17,200 crore. This includes upcoming projects such as Estate 105, Max One, Estate 361, and a residential development in Sector 59, Gurugram. The company is planning major project launches in Noida and Gurugram for the second and third quarters of FY2027.
