Summary
- MasterCraft's Q4 adjusted EBITDA more than doubled year-over-year.
- Legacy boat sales surged 21.5%, while the Leisure segment declined.
- A $10.1 million writedown impacted the Crest pontoon boat assets.

MasterCraft Boat Holdings announced a fiscal fourth quarter with significantly improved financial performance compared to the previous year. The company's legacy boat business experienced a substantial 21.5% rise in net sales, reaching $96.6 million, bolstered by strong demand for its next-generation X Series and reduced dealer discounting.
Consolidated net sales climbed to $129.9 million following the recent acquisition of Marine Products Corporation, contributing to a 114.9% increase in adjusted EBITDA. MasterCraft also successfully reduced dealer field inventory by 30%, indicating healthy sales velocity.
However, the company's Leisure segment, which includes Crest and Balise pontoon boats, faced challenges, reporting an 11.2% sales decline. This downturn prompted a $10.1 million non-cash impairment charge against Crest brand assets, impacting overall GAAP results.
Despite the issues in the Leisure segment, MasterCraft concluded fiscal 2026 with robust full-year adjusted net income and generated $22.3 million in free cash flow, ending the fiscal year debt-free.
