This significant deal marks IHS Towers' strategic withdrawal from the Latin American region. Sam Darwish, chairman and CEO of IHS Towers, confirmed the company's exit from Latam.
Macquarie Asset Management stated that this acquisition will enhance its existing infrastructure portfolio in Brazil and Colombia. The company anticipates substantial future investments to support the ongoing 5G network buildout in both nations over the coming years.
