LPG Prices Stable in Telangana, AP; Commercial Rates Drop

On Thursday, August 27, 2026, domestic Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) cylinder prices remained stable across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. This follows an earlier price reduction for commercial LPG cylinders announced in August.
The central government had previously lowered the price of a 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder by ₹206. Consequently, the commercial cylinder price in Hyderabad is now ₹2,985.
Prices for domestic LPG cylinders, however, have not changed. In Telangana, Hyderabad's domestic cylinder costs ₹994, and Warangal's is ₹1,013. In Andhra Pradesh, Visakhapatnam is priced at ₹950, Vijayawada and Guntur at ₹966.50 each.
Oil marketing companies typically adjust domestic LPG prices based on various market factors. Local charges can cause variations, so consumers should confirm the applicable price with their specific LPG distributors.
