- Offering aims to raise up to $90.4 million.
- Company reports profit after prior year loss.

Londian Wason New Energy Tech is pursuing a U.S. initial public offering with a target valuation of up to $1.7 billion. The company, a copper foil manufacturer based in Shenzhen, China, aims to raise as much as $90.4 million. This move is poised to be the largest listing of a Chinese firm in New York this year.
The offering of approximately 3.6 million American Depositary Shares, priced between $20 and $22 each, will test investor interest in Chinese companies seeking U.S. capital. This comes at a time when Beijing is encouraging domestic listings.
Beijing granted approval for Londian Wason's IPO in December 2025, marking one of the few U.S. listing applications cleared recently. The company, which counts South Korea's SK Group and Mirae Asset among its backers, sells electrolytic copper foil globally. Key investors like Harvest Global Capital Investments have indicated interest in purchasing shares worth $50 million.
Londian Wason demonstrated significant financial improvement. For the first quarter ending March 31, 2026, the company reported a net profit of 134.5 million Chinese yuan ($19.2 million) on revenue of 4.07 billion yuan. This contrasts with a net loss in the same period of the previous year.
