Live Nation Soars Past $25B Revenue in 2025

Live Nation has reported a remarkable financial performance for 2025, with total annual revenue exceeding $25 billion. This figure represents a significant 9% increase compared to 2024.

The company's operating income saw a substantial surge, reaching $1.3 billion, which is a 52% increase year-over-year. This success is attributed in part to record results from its concerts division, which generated $20.9 billion in revenue and saw a 30% rise in adjusted operating income. Fan attendance also climbed by 5% to 159 million people, bolstered by increased activity in stadiums and international markets.

Ticketmaster also experienced growth, with its 2025 revenue reaching $3.1 billion, a 3% increase from the prior year. Looking ahead to 2026, Live Nation anticipates continued double-digit operating income growth, with over 80% of major venue shows already booked. The company's shares saw a 1.7% rise in after-hours trading following the earnings announcement.
