During its initial 12-day launch window, Melody logged over 37,000 fan interactions and 17,000 customer service sessions, with 85% of attendees receiving needed answers within three responses. Building on this success, Live Nation is introducing 'Venue Agent.'
Venue Agent will offer continuous support via Live Nation venue websites. It addresses common fan concerns such as transportation, what to bring, accessible seating, and door times, with customized information for each event and venue, aiming to enhance the overall concert-going experience.
