Summary
- Injectaclad acquisition performance exceeds expectations for LST.
- Over 40,000 buildings require urgent fire safety remediation.
- Company has a quoted pipeline exceeding £50 million.

Light Science Technologies (LST) is experiencing robust growth, particularly following its April acquisition of Injectaclad. The company has already secured new orders and projects totaling between £1.28 million and £1.66 million, with performance exceeding initial expectations. This integration has provided LST with earlier project visibility and a strengthened pipeline.
The company is strategically positioned to capitalize on the extensive demand for passive fire protection services. With more than 40,000 buildings across hotels, commercial properties, and social housing requiring critical fire safety remediation, LST's integrated model, offering both product and installation, is proving highly effective.
Beyond its core fire protection business, LST is also seeing positive momentum in its AgTech sector, including a completed project with Nottingham Trent University and ongoing initiatives. Furthermore, its contract electronics business has acquired over 14 new clients.
CEO Simon Deacon expressed optimism, stating the company is "starting to scale up" with a quoted pipeline surpassing £50 million. A significant portion of this, over £20 million, is specifically tied to passive fire protection opportunities, underscoring the sector's considerable potential for LST's continued expansion.
