26 Mar
Summary
- 81 of 87 Levy employees voted to form a union.
- Union represents cooks, bartenders, servers, and barbacks.
- Next steps include forming a bargaining unit.

Workers at the recently opened Landmark Credit Union Live venue have formed a union just one month after its debut. A union card count, overseen in Milwaukee County Board Chairwoman Marcelia Nicholson-Bovell's office, confirmed that 81 out of 87 employees of Levy, the venue's hospitality vendor, voted to unionize.
The unionization effort covers essential roles such as cooks, dishwashers, bartenders, servers, and barbacks. The move is being organized in conjunction with the Milwaukee Area Service and Hospitality Workers (MASH), which also represents workers at Fiserv Forum and Pabst Theater Group.
Future negotiations will address whether these Landmark Live workers will join the existing MASH bargaining unit at Fiserv Forum or establish their own. The process was described as drama-free, with management acknowledging the vote's outcome. MASH President Peter Rickman praised Levy for their approach, highlighting the importance of treating workers with dignity and respect. The union's efforts extend to other Milwaukee businesses, and they anticipate potential further growth with other Landmark Live employees.
