Infina Finance, established in 1996, offers services like lending against securities and property. For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025, it reported a turnover of ₹532.66 crore and a net worth of ₹2,727.99 crore. The deal is anticipated to conclude by March 31, 2026, pending customary conditions.
