Residents of Karnataka are being advised against panic buying or hoarding fuel, as the supply chain is robust and functioning as usual. IndianOil also emphasized the critical importance of safety, urging the public to strictly avoid storing petrol in unapproved containers like plastic cans or bottles due to serious safety risks. Siddharth Aggarwal, State Level Coordinator for the Oil Industry in Karnataka, has corroborated that all public sector petroleum terminals in the state are well-stocked.
