Chinese automotive brand Jaecoo, owned by Chery, has unveiled a striking 'Black Edition' of its highly successful Jaecoo 7 SUV. This move mirrors the popular 'Black' series offered by Jaguar Land Rover, featuring an all-black design for a stealthy appearance.
The Jaecoo 7 SHS-P Black Luxury variant boasts a combined range of 745 miles, with 56 miles in EV-only mode. Its blacked-out treatment extends to the grille, logos, mirrors, roof, and wheels, with a matching black interior.
This new Jaecoo model is priced at £36,500, making it a considerably more affordable alternative to its Range Rover counterparts, which can exceed £200,000. The Jaecoo 7 has quickly established itself in the UK, having launched in January 2025 and quickly becoming a top-selling vehicle.
Additionally, Jaecoo is introducing a SHS-H version with a full-hybrid powertrain, starting from £29,195. This model offers 221bhp and is expected to appeal to a broad range of buyers seeking value and modern SUV features.
