J Infratech Ltd., an integrated infrastructure engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) firm, has initiated the process for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) by filing preliminary documents with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi). The company plans to raise ₹600 crore through a fresh issue of shares.
Alongside the fresh issuance, the proposed IPO includes an offer for sale (OFS) of 1 crore equity shares by the promoters. J Infratech, based in Haryana, is also exploring a potential pre-IPO placement of up to ₹120 crore, which could adjust the fresh issue size.
The proceeds from this IPO are earmarked for bolstering working capital, facilitating the repayment or pre-payment of specific borrowings, and for general corporate purposes. J Infratech specializes in road, highway, and bridge projects, boasting extensive experience in executing complex, large-scale road development initiatives throughout India.
Established in 2005, the company evolved from its partnership firm, Jandu Construction Co. As of July 31, 2026, J Infratech had successfully completed 35 projects and was actively engaged in executing 46 ongoing projects spanning 16 states and three Union Territories. The equity shares are slated for listing on both the BSE and NSE.
