Kapoor's extensive advisory background, including over 600 transactions valued at over $500 billion, will integrate with Investec India's origination, structuring, and distribution capabilities.
This collaboration is poised to leverage Kapoor's deep C-suite relationships and deal-making acumen alongside Investec's international network.
