Summary
- Infra.Market revenue grew 27% YoY in FY25, reaching Rs 18,472 crore.

Infra.Market experienced robust topline expansion in the fiscal year 2025, with revenues climbing 27% to Rs 18,472 crore. This growth, however, was overshadowed by a significant 42% decrease in net profit, which fell to Rs 219.7 crore from Rs 378 crore in the prior year.
The decline in profitability is attributed to escalating expenses, including a 41% rise in employee benefit costs to Rs 563.6 crore and a 45% surge in finance costs to Rs 804.8 crore. Total expenses for FY25 reached Rs 18,249.6 crore, up from Rs 14,272.3 crore in FY24.
Amidst these financial shifts, Infra.Market, founded in 2016 and valued at approximately $2.8 billion, has taken steps toward public offering. The company has confidentially filed for an initial public offering (IPO) with the aim of raising Rs 5,000 crore.
