India's First Automated Gold Loan Machine Launched

Wizzmoni, a brand of Wizz Financial, has launched India's first fully automated gold loan machine, transforming the traditional, manual process of securing credit against gold. This innovative machine enables customers to complete the entire loan application, from initial onboarding and digital Know Your Customer (KYC) checks to instant loan approval and disbursement, all within a single, integrated interface. The entire process is designed to be exceptionally fast, taking as little as 20 minutes to complete, significantly reducing the manual intervention typically associated with gold loans.

The Automated Gold Loan Machine utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) for the critical tasks of assessing gold purity and valuation. It then seamlessly integrates with Wizzmoni's existing Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS) to provide real-time updates throughout the customer's loan journey. This technological leap makes Wizzmoni the first Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) in India to offer such an end-to-end automated solution for appraisal, valuation, approval, and fund transfer.
