Blue Dart Express has introduced International Parcel Connect, a new service designed to enhance cross-border e-commerce for Indian businesses. This initiative provides a vital link for direct sellers and small enterprises to reach consumers in the United States. The service bridges the gap between premium-priced express deliveries and more economical postal routes.

International Parcel Connect offers flexible delivery speeds, allowing businesses to select between standard and expedited options based on their specific requirements. It also ensures shipment tracking and visibility for enhanced customer experience. The service currently supports eligible business-to-consumer parcels weighing between 50 grams and 11 kg, with product categories including clothing, auto parts, and handicrafts.

Management at Blue Dart Express has indicated plans to expand this export corridor to other major markets. Future destinations for the service include the United Kingdom, the European Union, Canada, and Australia. This expansion is expected to further bolster India's estimated $2 billion in business-to-consumer e-commerce exports.
