IKS Health Eyes 3X EBITDA Surge to $300M by FY30
10 Jul
Summary
- IKS Health targets over $300 million EBITDA by FY30.
- TrueBridge acquisition integration to boost earnings from FY27.
- Company plans to reduce debt to FY26 levels by FY30.

Inventurus Knowledge Solutions (IKS Health) is targeting an EBITDA exceeding $300 million by the fiscal year 2029-30. This ambitious goal follows the company's acquisition of TrueBridge, which is anticipated to begin positively impacting earnings from the second quarter of FY27.
The acquisition, valued at $557 million and financed by a $611 million loan, initially increased leverage to approximately 3x. IKS Health intends to reduce this debt over the next four years by leveraging operational and cost synergies. The company aims to return net debt to FY26 levels by FY30.
While TrueBridge's lower initial profitability may temporarily affect margins, IKS Health expects combined EBITDA margins to rise from around 26% to the early-to-mid 30% range through efficiencies and improved workforce mix.
IKS Health also plans to significantly increase its investment in technology and artificial intelligence, boosting R&D spending from 5% of revenue. These investments will enhance TrueBridge's EHR platform and AI capabilities, aiming to improve customer outcomes rather than selling AI as a standalone product.
