The book-built issue is comprised of Rs 60 crore in fresh shares and an offer for sale valued at Rs 75.73 crore. The subscription period runs until August 27, 2026. Investors can subscribe in lots of 283 shares, with a minimum retail investment of Rs 14,999 at the upper price band.
Hy-Tech Engineers has reported a 16% increase in revenue and a 15% rise in profit after tax between the financial years ending March 31, 2025, and March 31, 2026. The funds raised will be utilized for capital expenditure, prepayment of borrowings, and general corporate purposes.
