The Gresham establishment aims to transport diners directly to the Louisiana bayou with its distinctive ambiance. Guests are enveloped in a charming atmosphere featuring a weeping willow tree, ambient Zydeco music, and whimsical alligator decorations, creating an immersive dining experience.
The menu boasts a variety of Cajun-inspired favorites and brunch classics. Signature items include Mardi Gras Beignets, Stacked Chicken & Waffles, Cajun Benedict, Shrimp Po' Boys, Fried Green Tomatoes, and Louisiana Catfish. Refreshing beverages such as Huck's Swamp Tea and Huckleberry Lemonade are also available.
Owned and operated locally, Huckleberry's Gresham is designed to serve as a community gathering spot, offering scratch-made comfort food from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily. The brand's CEO, Greg Graber, expressed excitement about joining the Gresham community, emphasizing the welcoming atmosphere and genuine hospitality.
As of July 13th, the restaurant has opened its doors, marking a significant expansion into the Pacific Northwest. The initial 50 guests on opening day received a complimentary coffee mug.
