Hilton's Spark brand, known for its accessible pricing and quality stays, has made its debut in India, launching hotels in Bengaluru and Goa. This marks a significant expansion for the brand within the Asia-Pacific region. In collaboration with Olive Hospitality, Hilton intends to establish 150 Spark hotels throughout India in the coming years.
The Bengaluru property is an 82-key hotel situated in the Marathahalli commercial area, targeting corporate and MICE demand. Meanwhile, the 64-key hotel in Goa's Calangute is positioned to attract leisure travelers and groups. Spark by Hilton, launched globally in 2023, has rapidly grown, now boasting over 240 operational hotels and nearly 230 more in development across various international markets.
These Indian Spark hotels will feature distinct amenities like DIY dosa stations and self-serve chai carts, alongside vending machines stocked with essentials. This launch aligns with a growing trend of budget hotel development in India, with other major players also expanding their affordable offerings in the market. Additional Spark by Hilton hotels are planned for cities including Jaipur, Nashik, Mathura, Pune, Rajkot, and Hyderabad.
