Hero Realty is collaborating with Panasonic Electric Works India to integrate advanced electrical infrastructure and smart living solutions into 150 residences at its Gurugram project, 'The Palatial.' This partnership focuses on creating future-ready homes designed for superior comfort and convenience.
The initiative aims to incorporate AI-driven technologies, with a strong emphasis on resident wellness and purified indoor air quality. Homes will feature comprehensive electrical and power systems, including distribution boards, switchgear, wiring, conduits, switches, sockets, EV charging solutions, and lighting systems.
Beyond core infrastructure, the residences will benefit from smart lighting for common areas and individual homes, integrated security, and video door phones. Connected solutions will enable residents to easily manage their living spaces, enhancing safety and everyday convenience.
Hero Realty's 'The Palatial' is an ultra-luxury development spread across approximately 11 acres, featuring high-rise towers, a 57,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, and a retail zone. The company is actively developing extensive projects across the National Capital Region and other parts of India.
