The Hero Karizma XMR 250 has been observed again, this time in a vibrant red-dominant color scheme at a dealership, heightening expectations for its imminent India launch. This sighting reveals the fully-faired motorcycle in a new, eye-catching shade.
Its design features a significant amount of red across the fuel tank, front fairing, and tail section, contrasted by white graphics and a white front mudguard. Black accents on the tank and side panels, along with prominent Karizma and XMR badging, define its aesthetic. The motorcycle is equipped with black alloy wheels, black mirrors, and gold USD front forks, maintaining its tall transparent windscreen and angular lighting.
Powering the Karizma XMR 250 is anticipated to be a 249cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine, likely producing 30 hp and 25.3 Nm of torque, paired with a six-speed gearbox. The bike will utilize a trellis frame, USD front forks, a rear monoshock, and disc brakes with dual-channel ABS. Previous reports indicate a digital instrument console with connectivity and navigation features.
Globally debuting at EICMA 2024, the Karizma XMR 250 later appeared at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. An updated version shown at EICMA 2025 introduced ride-by-wire and cruise control. Upon its India launch, the Karizma XMR 250 will contend with established models such as the Yamaha R2, Suzuki Gixxer SF 250, and KTM RC 200.
