LML Realty is making a significant Rs 250 crore investment to develop a 45-acre industrial park in Haryana's Jhirka Valley. This new facility is strategically located near the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway and is designed to support micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) engaged in light manufacturing.
The project has received approval under the Haryana government's PADMA scheme, which provides incentives to MSMEs. LML Realty aims to complement these government benefits with essential industrial infrastructure, enabling businesses to start operations efficiently. The park will offer industrial plots, ready-to-use manufacturing units, and custom-built factory spaces.
Through its construction arm, LML Contracts, the company provides a full spectrum of services, including land acquisition, construction, and approvals, with a delivery time of approximately 180 days. LML Realty has ambitious plans to expand its footprint, aspiring to develop 100 industrial parks across India within the next decade.
The development caters to a diverse range of industries, including engineering, automotive, pharmaceuticals, food processing, textiles, FMCG, chemicals, warehousing, logistics, R&D, electronics, and data centers. Leasing options are available starting at Rs 25 per square foot per month.
