Signature Global Bets Big on Gurugram Luxury

Signature Global has announced a major expansion in Gurugram, securing 194 acres for a new ultra-luxury housing development. The company acquired 25 acres outright for Rs 150 crore and entered into a collaboration for an additional 169.22 acres. This project is expected to yield approximately 6.77 million square feet of residential space with a Gross Development Value estimated at Rs 5,500 to Rs 6,000 crore.

The development is planned as a low-density, private enclave, a departure from conventional high-density projects. Its strategic location near the Dwarka Expressway and KMP Expressway, along with proximity to Gurugram's business hubs, enhances its appeal. The region is undergoing significant infrastructure upgrades, including a four-lane road expansion and improved connectivity.

In the first quarter of fiscal year 2026-27, Signature Global reported sales bookings of Rs 1,970 crore. The company has a strong development pipeline with 45 projects underway, covering over 320 lakh sq ft, of which nearly 80% is already sold. As of June 30, 2026, the company held Rs 2,522 crore in cash and cash equivalents.
