Guidewire Software concluded its fiscal year 2026 with annual recurring revenue surpassing guidance, a performance bolstered by successful cloud migrations and increasing demand for its artificial intelligence and pricing solutions. The company's ARR reached $1.237 billion, representing a 19% year-over-year increase on a constant-currency basis.
Key to this success was a significant fourth-quarter agreement with Nationwide, which committed to migrating its entire InsuranceSuite to the Guidewire Cloud Platform. Nationwide also selected PricingCenter, becoming Guidewire's first U.S. tier-one customer for this product. This adoption is expected to validate the product's capabilities for other major insurers.
Guidewire's cloud ARR demonstrated robust growth, increasing by 35% and now constituting 84% of the total ARR. The company secured 62 core deals throughout the fiscal year, with a notable eight PricingCenter deals closed in the fourth quarter alone, indicating strong market traction for its pricing and rating tools.
