Greenlight Networks has further expanded its service territory in Northeast Pennsylvania through the acquisition of FastBridge Fiber. This latest purchase adds approximately 65,000 households in areas including Hazleton, Berks County, Bloomsburg, Danville, Williamsport, and Erie. This expansion follows Greenlight's earlier acquisition of Loop Internet in October and its initial presence in the region announced in April 2025.
The acquisition of Loop Internet, which coincided with Greenlight establishing its first in-state operations hub in Scranton, added nearly 36,000 potential customers. Greenlight, founded in 2011, currently serves over 320,000 homes and small businesses across New York, Pennsylvania, and Maryland, boasting download speeds of up to 8 gigabytes per second. The company also announced plans in April to extend its network services into Lehigh Valley.
