Action camera maker GoPro has appointed Brian Tratt as its new Chief Financial Officer. The leadership change is effective March 17.
Tratt, 42, has been with GoPro since 2012 and most recently served as vice president of finance since August 2024. His previous roles at the company included corporate controller and senior director of FP&A. Prior to his tenure at GoPro, Tratt worked as an audit manager at KPMG.
Brian McGee, the outgoing CFO, will transition to the role of president and retain his position as chief operating officer. McGee, 66, joined GoPro in 2015.
