The agreement signifies the first-time alliance between these two prominent Indian corporate entities. Tata Projects will oversee the essential core and shell construction works for the upcoming luxury projects: Godrej Sora, Godrej Astra, and Godrej Samaris. These developments are situated in a prime residential corridor known for quality.
One of the sites under this contract is Godrej Samaris, a new luxury launch planned for Sector 53, Gurugram, covering 7.41 acres. The partnership combines Godrej's development expertise with Tata Projects' experience in executing major national infrastructure, including the New Parliament Building.
This venture aims to bolster Godrej Properties' execution capabilities in a demanding market.
