Godrej Properties Eyes Hyderabad Expansion Post ₹2,600 Cr Sales

Godrej Properties has reported exceptional performance in the Hyderabad real estate market, securing over ₹2,600 crore in sales bookings during its inaugural year. This achievement, stemming from two project launches since January, has prompted the company to aggressively seek further land acquisition in the city. Hyderabad's robust demand for premium and luxury properties presents significant growth potential that Godrej Properties aims to capitalize on.

Company executives highlighted the substantial success achieved in Hyderabad, with plans to expand their business operations there. This strategic focus on Hyderabad is a key driver for the company's overall financial growth. Godrej Properties has seen its total sales bookings increase by 13% to ₹15,587 crore in the first half of the current fiscal year, compared to ₹13,835 crore in the same period last year.

With a strong outlook for the full fiscal year, targeting ₹32,500 crore in sales bookings, Godrej Properties is actively investing in new projects and land acquisitions across major cities. The recent acquisition of a 5-acre land parcel in Kokapet for a project estimated at ₹4,150 crore further underscores their commitment to Hyderabad's thriving market.
