The project will offer 444 residences in six towers, comprising 3+1 and 4+1 bedroom apartments. Future residents can anticipate a modern community with a clubhouse, landscaped open areas, and wellness facilities. A high-street retail component is also planned.
Construction is underway following the acquisition of necessary approvals. Gillco Group expects the project to be completed within four years, adhering to RERA timelines. Initially, 250 apartments are available for sale, with prices starting around Rs 4 crore, averaging Rs 11,500 per square foot.
