Germany Secures 15-Year Gas Supply from Norway

Uniper SE, a German energy utility, highlighted the agreement's importance for Europe's energy future, emphasizing reliable long-term partnerships. Both companies are also exploring ways to link the gas supply with sustainability-related attributes.
Equinor's CEO noted the strong demand for reliable gas supplies from the Norwegian continental shelf. The company also recently announced a three-year agreement to export crude oil to several European countries via Poland's ORLEN SA.
