Gaja Alternative Asset Management Ltd will initiate its initial public offering on Wednesday, August 19, 2026. The company has established a price band between ₹152 and ₹160 per equity share, with the subscription window concluding on Friday, August 21, 2026. Anchor investor bidding is scheduled for Tuesday, August 18, 2026.
The total offering is valued at ₹550 crore, consisting of a fresh issue of equity shares worth ₹450 crore and an offer for sale of ₹100 crore. Investors can purchase a minimum lot of 93 equity shares. The company plans to allocate the proceeds from the fresh issue towards fulfilling sponsor commitments for its Fund IV umbrella, Gaja Capital India Fund 2020 LLP and Gaja Capital India Fund 2021, as well as repaying a bridge loan.
Further proceeds are designated for sponsor commitments to a planned Fund V and a Secondaries Fund. The remaining capital will be utilized for general corporate purposes. Gaja Alternative Asset Management's equity shares are slated for listing on both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India, with the NSE designated as the lead exchange for this offering. JM Financial Ltd and IIFL Capital Services Ltd are managing the issue, which follows SEBI regulations with allocations for qualified institutional buyers, non-institutional bidders, and retail investors.
