- Flipkart is rumored to be planning an IPO in late 2026 or early 2027.
- Sharon Pais is a potential successor to Sinha as Myntra CEO.

Myntra CEO Nandita Sinha is reportedly exiting the fashion e-tailer, a move that comes as Flipkart, its parent company, is rumored to be planning an Initial Public Offering (IPO) for late 2026 or early 2027. Sinha has been a key figure at Myntra for ten years, overseeing a period of strong business growth and transformation towards sustainable profitability.
Under Sinha's leadership since 2022, Myntra reported substantial profits in FY25, an 18-fold increase over FY24 numbers. The company also expanded its International Brands portfolio by 50% in Q4FY26, adding 40 new brands. Sinha's tenure also saw strategic resets focused on brand assortment and premium positioning.
This leadership change follows other recent executive departures, including Myntra's CFO Abhishek Gupta in January and Flipkart group CFO Sriram Venkatraman in March. Sharon Pais, who currently leads Flipkart Fashion and previously served as Myntra's Chief Business Officer, is rumored to be the successor to Sinha.
Pais has a strong background with both Myntra and Flipkart, having spent over seven years with the latter and four years at Myntra in a senior role. Her return to lead Myntra, India's largest fashion e-commerce platform, is anticipated amid these significant corporate developments.
