The Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) has introduced several new initiatives to improve subscriber services. This aims to make routine services more accessible through a familiar mobile platform, reducing the need to visit EPFO offices.

Union Labour and Employment Minister Mansukh Mandaviya launched these measures, emphasizing human sensitivity in social security. He urged officials to focus on worker-centric innovations and adapting processes to changing times.
