Embassy Office Parks REIT has finalized the divestment of approximately 3,76,000 square feet across two blocks at its Embassy Manyata Business Park in Bengaluru. The total transaction value reached ₹530 crore, with EAAA Alternatives' Rental Yield Plus fund emerging as the acquirer.
This strategic divestment is part of Embassy REIT's ongoing capital recycling initiative, aimed at enhancing overall portfolio efficiency. Amit Shetty, CEO of Embassy REIT, highlighted that the transaction creates long-term value for stakeholders. EAAA Alternatives manages substantial assets across real estate and private credit in India.
Embassy Manyata Business Park is a prominent, large-scale business hub in North Bengaluru, housing numerous tenants and park users. The sale reflects a deliberate strategy by Embassy REIT to optimize its extensive 51.2 million-square-foot portfolio, which spans major Indian cities.
