Environmental 360 Solutions (E360S) has launched its U.S. market operations through the acquisition of Marcotte Disposal. This Canadian company, founded in 2018, aims for significant growth in the American waste management sector. The acquisition of Marcotte Disposal, which serves parts of Michigan and Southwestern Ontario, marks a key step in E360S' ambitious expansion strategy.
E360S, headquartered in Aurora, Ontario, offers a suite of services including waste management, environmental solutions, and recycling. The company, which secured backing from BlackRock in 2023, has been actively scaling its operations across Canada. This U.S. market entry was previously planned for earlier years but was extended due to various factors, including the pandemic.
With a customer base exceeding 800,000 and numerous waste and recycling facilities, E360S aims to secure a top-tier position in the U.S. market. The Marcotte deal specifically enhances E360S' proximity to the U.S.-Canada border, complementing its existing operations in the Windsor, Ontario area. The company also acquired Transco Recycling and two other businesses in Alberta and Quebec as part of its growth initiative.
