RHI Magnesita India, a leader in refractory products, saw an 11.73 percentage point rise in DII holding, with significant new investments from SBI Small Cap Fund and Bandhan Flexi Cap Fund. The company is expanding its capacity with a Rs 35 crore facility in Odisha.
Gujarat Themis Biosyn, a pharmaceutical manufacturer, experienced an 11.48 percentage point increase in DII ownership. Its proposed acquisition of MicroBiopharm and Sanofi brands is poised to enhance its technological capabilities and market reach.
Tenneco Clean Air India, part of the automotive solutions provider Tenneco Group, observed an 11.24 percentage point jump in DII stake. The company is investing Rs 350-450 crore in capital expenditure for FY27 to support growth.
Diamond Power Infrastructure, a manufacturer of power and data centre cables, witnessed a 10.98 percentage point surge in DII holdings. It secured new orders totaling Rs 3,735 crore and plans a Rs 170 crore investment in a polymer complex.
Finally, KFin Technologies, a financial services platform, had its DII holding grow by 10.23 percentage points. The company is expanding its client base and alternative investment fund business, with AAUM growth outpacing the industry.
