- The talent roster will remain with Dharma, managing current and upcoming engagements.
- The joint venture's turnover grew to Rs 110 crores in FY25, with net profit at Rs 12 crores.

Dharma Productions has taken complete ownership of its talent management venture, Dharma Cornerstone Agency (DCA), following a strategic restructuring and an amicable split with its partner, Cornerstone Sport and Entertainment. Dharma has acquired Cornerstone's 45% stake, gaining full control over the agency's operations and economic rights. The existing roster of talent, which includes prominent Bollywood actors, will continue to be managed by Dharma.
The financial performance of the joint venture has been robust, with its turnover reportedly increasing to Rs 110 crores in the fiscal year 2025 from Rs 77 crores in the previous year. Industry observers suggest that full control will enable Dharma to develop a more cohesive talent strategy, closely linking talent management with its content production pipeline. Meanwhile, Cornerstone will continue its independent operations in sports and entertainment.
This acquisition by Dharma Productions is part of a larger consolidation plan, which includes the recent merger of Dharmatic Entertainment into Dharma Productions. These strategic moves indicate Dharma's positioning for future growth within the evolving entertainment landscape, aiming for tighter integration across talent management, content creation, and brand development.
