Under the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), IOCL will assume responsibility for the upkeep of five flyover locations, with four situated in South Delhi and one in Punjabi Bagh. Chief Minister Rekha Gupta highlighted the agreement as a pivotal stride in realizing the vision of a beautiful, healthy, and well-organized Delhi.
