Custom Health Holdings Inc. announced strong fiscal second-quarter 2026 results, ending June 30, 2026. The company's revenue surged 70% year-over-year to US$7.4 million, demonstrating substantial growth. This period also saw the successful completion of the TSX listing and the integration of InnovativeRx, expanding Custom Health's reach into Indiana and Ohio.
Further strategic expansion is underway with proposed acquisitions of Evergreen Pharmacy and Spencer Health Solutions. These moves are designed to enhance the company's pharmacy network and in-home technology capabilities. Custom Health projects exceeding a US$130 million annualized revenue run rate by the end of the year and aims for positive EBITDA in 2027, contingent on acquisition integrations.
Despite a 43% increase in gross profit to US$2.9 million, the gross margin saw a slight decrease to 39.3% from 46.7% in the prior year. An adjusted EBITDA loss of US$3.3 million was reported, alongside a net loss from continuing operations of US$33.4 million, largely influenced by a one-time non-cash IFRS listing expense of US$22.4 million.
