U.S. subscribers to Crunchyroll are facing new monthly subscription costs. The streaming service has implemented a $2 price increase for its Fan, Mega Fan, and Ultimate Fan membership tiers. These changes are set to impact existing U.S. customers starting on their next billing cycle after March 4.
The Fan tier, previously priced at $7.99, now costs $9.99 per month. The Mega Fan tier has risen from $11.99 to $13.99 per month, and the Ultimate Fan tier is now $17.99, up from $15.99. This is the first price adjustment for the Fan tier in the U.S. since 2019.
Crunchyroll continues to enhance its platform with over 50,000 episodes of anime and has recently introduced Crunchyroll Manga. Upcoming enhancements include features like teen profiles, PIN protection, and multiple profiles for a better user experience.
