CrowdStrike anticipates fiscal 2027 revenue between $5.87 billion and $5.93 billion, surpassing analyst expectations and highlighting robust demand for its artificial intelligence-driven cybersecurity offerings.
The cybersecurity firm is experiencing growth due to increased enterprise cloud adoption and evolving security needs. This comes in the wake of several high-profile cyberattacks impacting global corporations.
In a bid to strengthen its market position, CrowdStrike announced significant acquisitions in January. These include the purchase of identity security startup SGNL for $740 million and Israeli browser runtime security startup Seraphic Security for approximately $420 million.
For the first quarter of fiscal 2027, CrowdStrike projects revenue from $1.360 billion to $1.364 billion, also exceeding forecasts. Adjusted earnings per share are expected to range from $1.06 to $1.07.
Previous financial performance showed a 23% revenue increase to $1.31 billion in the fourth quarter. The company also reported a narrowing of costs associated with a significant Windows outage from the previous year.
