During this eight-month period, the helpline addressed over 62,700 issues across various sectors, demonstrating its commitment to timely redressal.
E-commerce emerged as the sector with the highest number of resolved grievances, accounting for nearly 40,000 cases and refunds amounting to ₹32 crore. The travel and tourism sector also saw significant activity, with 4,050 grievances leading to ₹3.5 crore in refunds. These resolutions highlight the NCH's nationwide reach and impact.
