Connected TV Firm View TV Acquires Knight Vision Studios

On September 26, 2025, connected TV company View TV announced that it has acquired Knight Vision Studios, the production company founded by former Maverick TV boss Simon Knight. This move will see Knight, who left the All3Media-owned Maverick TV last year, become the CEO of View TV Studios.

View TV Studios specializes in creating "direct-to-audience episodic television," which allows creators to directly reach audiences via FAST channels and other connected TV platforms through View TV's Eden platform. Knight previously ran Maverick TV, the All3Media production company behind popular series like Netflix's Barbeque Showdown and USA Network's Chrisley Knows Best.

"Joining forces with View TV allows us to empower creators and studios like never before," said Knight. "We're opening the doors to direct-to-audience production, giving creators control over IP, monetization, and funding, while using historic and audience data to inform every creative decision."
