Coforge's stock experienced a notable increase after the IT services firm announced strong Q1 FY27 financial results. The company posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 518.6 crore, marking a significant 63% rise compared to the same period last year. Revenue from operations reached Rs 5,527.7 crore, a 49% year-on-year increase.
This impressive performance was attributed to robust demand across various regions, successful new deal acquisitions, and sustained momentum in AI-led engineering, cloud, and data services. The company also reported a record executable order book of $2.23 billion for the next twelve months, enhancing future revenue visibility.
Further strengthening its growth outlook, Coforge secured four large deals in North America, Europe, and Latin America during the quarter. The company highlighted that 86% of its revenue is now derived from AI-led services, which have substantially contributed to margin expansion and overall business growth.
In line with its financial performance, Coforge's Board recommended an interim dividend of Rs 4 per share. The operational integration of Encora has also been completed, positioning Coforge for a strong fiscal year 2027.
